Inferno is still useless, burn is a horrificly useless effect, and now bomb arrow got made stronger, it hits MUCH more than inferno on average,a nd only ~17/18% less when it has advantage. If a BM has a mob skill on a key stilll, (yaright), this just solidfies it should be bomb arrow.
