Pierce cooldown reduced, well that's more than I could've asked for really, although if charge walking wasn't useless already it's now pretty much completely gone. I'd like to see the new snipe skill tables, but really 'slightly reduced at lower levels of the skill', are they stupid? A one hit/200k damage skill with a 240 second cooldown is absolutely just as useless if it had a 235 second cooldown. The whole lower level snipe cooldown system needs a complete overhaul. Even at level 1 the cooldown should be 120 seconds max (although I'd say 60 is a better number).

3% to one hit a frozen monster with strafe, eh? Maybe if it's calculated per arrow, it has a chance of making any sort of difference, but I doubt it. If it has some really cool animation though I won't mind if it's not actually useful.

Archmage changes look nice, I'll now seriously consider making one once we get this balance patch, as a 'just for fun' character. Maybe they'll give them HS in the next balance patch? Goggleemoticon
