Yay I like the increase in CL's dmg 
(and blizzard too of course). Also finally meteor is stronger than blizzard. I was always wondering why it wasn't. Ice demon is still meh
I wonder, for the BM changes, why they make inferno burn and phoenix not. Maybe next patch? Anyways the increase in bomb's dmg makes me not regret skipping inferno so I'm still happy. The 3% chance to 1hitko is pretty lol. I wonder if it would make alot of difference...
