I agree with everything here, and along with Energy Charge charging per hit, I believe passive crit is also in order. Takebacker pointed out that Arans get a conditional crit, but it's hardly conditional because you just do what you normally do: attack moar. Aran gaining more and more attack and critical chance makes sense because it means they are warriors who fight with rhythm. As they hit more enemies they become more in-tune with what they are fighting; they get so into it that they can swing with more precision and with more force because they gain confidence the more hits they land.
Brawler/Infighter crits makes no sense and is troublesome because who the hell starts their attack with Backspin Blow or Double Upper? Why should a Brawler/Infighter require setting up the enemy to attack? Why can't they just rush in and just whale away? Why is it somehow the enemy needs to be stunned to deal a critical hit? Do they somehow lose the knowledge that a nut/head shot hurts more than a shot to the chest? Wouldn't it be more logical that they can still crit, but just not with as much precision or as much force? a 60%/20% chance to deal 20%/60% bonus damage would be more in order. If a Brawler/Infighter is strong/good enough to deal crits, an unstunned enemy shouldn't be a problem. They can/should be able to still crit, just not as often (they can't hit the weak spots as much) or they can't focus their critical hits so well because the enemy is still moving (they can hit the weak spot, but just not with as much power or they will miss the weak spot entirely).
Of course, if they completely change Stun Mastery to a passive critical, that's perfectly fine as well.
My 2 mesos.
