About the changes you want to Corkscrew, remember that it's a 2nd job skill. If those changes were to be made, people at around level 40 would also receive those changes. I'd be aight with it if the number of targets was to go up to 4.
Reduced damage would be in order for Screw Punch if it were changed to 6 targets.
Energy Orb is fine how it is. It's fun, fast, and more powerful than Dragon Strike.
