New Steal: Level 1-30

I personally really like the range it provides, and I can see that being somewhat useful in Third Job. Depending on what you're doing though, the Stun would be a pain or a save. You can't lure well with it and the damage isn't anything great though. Fine for a second job skill but Band of Thieves or ME replace it. Could earn you a little extra cash with the extra ETC drops and then the occasional whatever else you find while spamming it to train, but yeah, there's very little real utility beyond Second.
