New Steal: Level 1-30

The plan is, and well see how we'll it works on January 7th, for me is:

19 Mastery -> 5 Haste -> Max Steal -> 6 Booster -> Max Haste -> Max SB -> Finish Mastery -> Points into Dark Sight/Endure.

I might switch Haste and SB, I just need opinions on if that is a good idea or not seeing as in kMS you are pretty much doomed to the patter
B-3 (35-45) -> C-1 (45-50ish) -> C-2(50ish-70ish) all the way through 2nd job.

If you're going to get any amount of haste the bare minimum you'll want to get is ~10. Anything less and the effect can pretty much be emulated by a speed pot from ludi. You're better off just getting some booster.
