From the sounds of it, your running more than 2 accounts, possibly more than 3. The reason they are DCing is because of the packet flow. The currently used account will usually stay connected as it has priority over the other accounts. Not really a way to fix this as far as i know, unless you can make the priority of the packets even between all accounts, which isnt possible as far as I know. Stick to 2 accounts, itll work better than more than that. Im running 2 accounts fine on dial up without any DCing. (Not at zakum of course)
