I don't have a lot of bias when it comes to which ones I save, although I tend not to save ones that feature just plain ol' maple characters.
If you're active enough on Southperry, then chances are I have some of yours saved. But back when I started doing this I didn't save too many. Now it's at the point where I save someone's avatar as soon as I see that they changed it.
I just looked at my avatar folder's properties:
Size: 11.4 MB (11,965,132 bytes)
Size on disk: 21.0 MB (22,052,864 bytes)
Contains: 486 Files, 0 Folders
It's getting to the point where I should make sub-folders based on each person's collection, but it might be a little hard to do because I can't remember which avatar belongs to each person in every single instance.
