Multiplicative. Achilles removes 15% off income damage. That is, the damage you take shown on your screen. Can't prove it, but it's simple theory: PG deals 40% of the damage back. How much would be dealt back if Achilles were applied? The same if multiplicative (so that Achilles is done before/after PG (it's done after)), but it would do 55% if Achilles were applied additive. If not, then the damage shown dealt to the monster (non-boss) would be almost exact as the damage dealt to you (40 vs 45).
