The toilet seat thing... I don't think that would happen, unless you managed to get your sister to rub her vag on the same spot that you ejaculated on.
The bath thing --- That's highly possible. There was an incident where a young girl got pregnant in the bathtub after her brother ejaculated into the bath, just before the sister took her bath (not the same bath water).
It's possible, so I would avoid both situations, although the first is highly improbable.
