The description of the scroll is the description of a glove for att scroll, that's why it says it can be used with Vega's scroll, but like PwNeR88 said, shoe for att scroll were never listed in the vega scrolls list.
On the other hand, the description of the 10% scroll for shoe for att seems correct, and it still says it can be used with Vega's scroll. hummm...
