I still remember vividly this one day I asked Nexon unlock one of my items. She saw my previous ticket, asking for an unlock on a different item, so she thought my ticket was a duplicate. She then closed the ticket and left all of my info there.

It took me another week to contact a different GM to take my info out of the ticket system. You're clearly mistake if you're trusting her, especially with matters like security.
