That's not what it does, by the way.
As you can see, Platinum Karma Scissors make more stuff able to be traded that wasn't able to be traded previously with regular Karma Scissors; NOT make something permanently tradeable.
Wasn't that removed... the ability to Karma those items.
From the actual release, Plantium was just another level of Karma scissors so Nexon Korea could make more money, nothing more.
