If I had already spent money on a character, I probably wouldn't delete it either. Perhaps the best option would be to get used to the 90 DEX (for now, at least). It's not the end of the world. You will certainly be quite weaker, but not in a crippling way. Have you considered doing some AP resetting later? Since you almost never get NX, that's probably not the best idea. That option is always out there, though.
Really, you're looking at these choices:
A) Keep going and find ways to be happy with your 90 DEX.
B) Keep going and eventually reset your DEX to desire amount with AP Resets.
C) Delete character, cut your $20 loss and do everything the way that makes you most happy from the get-go.
What matters most to you? If you can learn to deal with or even be proud of your high DEX, then that's definitely the cheapest and easiest option. Otherwise, you're going to have to spend some more time and money to be satisfied. Being most satisfied with your character is important in an RPG. It's not fun always having regrets when you reach a high level.
