Leprechaun's MP

Some monster attacks actually cost mp from the monster, but pretty much all monsters regenerate mp or die fast enough that you never notice. Leprechauns actually have two attacks that cost mp, one being a stun attack and another ~8k damage (same as crow) attack, both of which it can't use because its mp maxes out at 0. The attacks have animations, so them being unable to attack is definitely a glitch.
