I remember facing my friend who built a deck around the Chaos Emperor Dragon. I took the thing down five times. I lost the match but I didn't care. It was a challenge. My point is that the ban on "powerful" cards is dumb. There shouldn't be a reason for it.
That's why there's two different formats, to allow people to legally play those OP cards. All those banned cards are banned in Advanced/Tournament Format, however, no cards are banned in Traditional Format.
On another note, I have fun playing my "return to hand" deck. Oh so exploitable. x3
