Aran can't CWKPQ: Official Proof

One is a limitation that affects every player equally, is done for balancing the pq, and to ensure a certain level of difficulty in the pq.

That's not really needed anymore though. Since they have already introduced difficulty levels. It could easily be worked into PQ's. You just need to buff the stats of the mobs. Leave the PQ and rewards the same.

Though I think certain PQ's should be exempt like the Pirate PQ. But more traditional ones like KPQ or LPQ would work fine. But they would lose out on Karma Scissor sales so it would probably never happen.
