The only "Criteria" for getting in to CWKPQ is that your class existed when they made the pq, and that nexon don't pineapple it up again for the patch you want to play it in. Woo, they put a notice on the door saying they don't want you in. Explain it with anything, or alter the storyline, or just plain not let cygnus/aran not partake in the CWK story up to that point? Nahhhhhhh, nexon have to do it stupidly.

Infact, even though the other versions with CWK have a ugh version of the pq, they weren't stupid enough to block 10 (by the time all the legends are out) classes from entering the pq...
