The trend I'm seeing with fail names in WoW have to do with Death Knights. Apparently, they think names that include "Death, Dead, Deth, Arthas, Sephiroth, and even Goku" (along with various swapping of random letters) make good names for DKs...

Sadly, I've seen Paladins in WoW do the same thing with crap including "Pally, Bubble", and other various Paladin terms.
And not suprisingly, those things could apply in MS, assuming some of those fail people have migrated to MS.
