I suppose you are talking about Neo City?
The reason why they modified Neo Tokyo as Neo City is to make it part of Maple World instead of a World Tour Area. Most likely it will not replace any MapleStory Servers will co-existing Neo Tokyo.
Other MapleStory Servers are getting the modified version of CWK is because JMS's Version isn't buggy. GMS's version of CWK is very buggy.
