Another version of maple Received CWK

The Pendergast Mansion is not just an event map since you can go in throughout the year. Hoodoos and Voodoos are still good for training at certain levels.

In other versions it was/is an event town.
In eMS you had to talk to Charles to enter it in 2007, but they added NLC in 2008 (And the cab to Pendergast).
Other versions still have to enter trough their event NPC I guess.

Also, in eMS you couldn't enter unless it was around halloween, but after NLC we could enter all year.
