Probably as good as or even better than dark knights. Triple swing and final blow are passive skills, which aren't restricted there. Plus, they have both passive critical and 90% mastery.
If you want to be more specific with ranking classes at rog, you can probably sandwich in non-blaze wizard cygnuses (more AP) then archers (90% mastery) right after dark knights.
Never said that O_o They get the same AP and att as the other warrior classes.
