You probably uninstalled something or had an antivirus scan that killed it. Anyway, something deleted that dll. so let's reinstall it.
1. Download that .dll file here. (Or google DINPUT8.dll and download it from some other place.
2. Extract the dinput8.dll file, and then drag and drop it in the folder System32 located at:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
If it still doesn't work, post back.
