Immortal Pharoh's Belt

Aside from the fact that they're in different slots, how do you know which one you have? Does Hell only give the good ones maybe?

While I'm here, I'd like to know what the difference is between the different modes of this PQ since all the monsters have 1 HP.

I think 1) the speed at which the bar decreases increases, 2) misses hurt your score more, 3) more yetis in the early stages?
