Yea, cuz 5 levels wasn't enough. ._.
I wonder how it works. use it on an item like a scroll to reduce the level req? Yea, sounds fun. Gets glitched and we have level 10 HT pendents.
Have it in inv = everything is 10 levels lower? Lol....
