I don't think Assassinate should hit more than 1. It's pineappleing Assassinate. Think about it.

All their skills need to do more damage. Passive damage boost somewhere?

If its a passive boost, i'll suggest changing shield mastery to add WA. And that'll make a majority of shad population to reset their sp. xD

Shads need to have their damage formula tweek abit too. We're such bad dagger wielders.
