If you want to try now, you can try as soon as you want. Max M.E. will save you mesos and time. If not maxed, it'll cost a lot more and take more than 20 minutes. I should've mentioned that being a sindit, max Keen Eyes would be best so you can be as far away as possible to lure. But luring with M.E. from the JrWraiths you kill should still work. I never tried using BoT like the other person suggested, so many that'll work for you too.

This comes down to how rich you are, how much patience you have, and if you think you'll have fun with it. If you're low on mesos, be prepared to ask your BuddyList for loans halfway through the battle.
