Anyway, you're sort of right, but think of it this way: who needs speed more, someone who is slow, or someone who is fast?
1st paragraph;
Fist is not all that fast, and 4th job transform's blind strike, while it's quite fast, has a cool down period of a few seconds.
2nd paragraph;
But that's kinda spoon-feeding the infighters, don'tcha think?
What nexon did is instead of splitting the party skills so both pirates are party friendly, they gave all to one and made the other sit in the shadows.
