If there's one move that changed the metagame, it was Stealth Rock. Or maybe giving Bullet Punch to Scizor.
STAB w/ Fire + Belly Drum + Salac = does not compute. K, so you get extra damage, Belly Drum activates salac, but there goes 75% of your HP if you count in Sub. . . So you wasted that for a increment in speed, spe. att with fire, and a max boost for att. Anything with STAB'ed QA or ES > that, instantly. Send out CB'ed Arcanine, and even without STAB, it's GG instantly. She might be talking about 3rd Gen, but 3rd Gen Chari is pretty LOLuseless.
Honestly, I'd rather waste a slot for fcking Smeargle. Sub + Spore + Belly Drum + BP into almost anything that has high speed and can physical-sweep really well. O HELLO AERODACTYL.
