Made me giggle, since my Armaldo had like maxed HP EVs, some EVs into speed, spe. def, and att.
One problem, in 4th gen Charizard gets raped by Stealth Rock, so I guess Spidey is talking about 3rd gen.
If there's one move that changed the metagame, it was Stealth Rock. Or maybe giving Bullet Punch to Scizor.
