Lets see...
Ring #1 (level 30):
Requirements:
1.Being aran
2.Being level 30
3.Being before the 10.06.2010 (dd.mm.yyyy)
Rewards: Lilin's Ring (#1)
No beginning\ending script (meaning all the info is inside the wz files and there cannot be any surprises).
Ring #2 (level 50):
Requirements:
1.Being aran
2.Being level 50
3.Being before the 10.06.2010
4.Having the ring #1 quest finished
5.Ring #1 (consumed upon finishing)
Rewards: Lilin's Ring (#2)
No beginning\ending script.
Ring #3 (level 70):
Requirements:
1.Being aran
2.Being level 70
3.Being before the 10.06.2010
4.Having the ring #2 quest finished
5.Ring #2 (consumed upon finishing)
Rewards: Lilin's Ring (#3)
No beginning\ending script.
As for if the rings can be equipped together (by making arans and deleting them), the WZ files say nothing which is why I am strongly leaning towards yes. The rings themselves are one-of-a-kind though, so it is impossible to wear two of the same ring.
