Relationships [mature discussion please]

Out of curiosity, when it comes to relationships, what do you guys prefer? Open-relationships? Regular? Long-distance? Short-distance? No relationship at all? Or would you rather be a swinger or whatever? Briefly or explain in detail. I'm just curious what this community thinks. I've had some really mature feedbacks/comments when I asked some of my friends what they thought about a regular long-distance relationship, though a real serious one. I had really interesting answers, and not just ones like "Long distance doesn't work" without giving me specific reasons to back-up their statement.
