What's funny is how dumb the judges sound, and how they're so intrigued by a "unique" idea, when the dude pretty much just took whatever features he liked best from his favorite SHMUPS and piled them together. Then, he presented the concept poorly, and was pretty much afraid to correct them on their misconceptions.
Edit: Actually, reading in on it, not even sure if it's a fake contest. Doritos seeks like they'd actually let the winner's game idea get a chance to shine.
