Just because you aren't good at it (not you specifically just whoever you were referring to with this post) doesn't mean it's not available. You don't need any initial nx to start using the MTS. Quests give you enough scrolls to make enough nx to buy a permit, from there all you need is leathers to get started merchanting in the fm. It's a longer road then just buying NX but it's still available.

It's available, but way harder than earning money which you buy NX for. If not, why would Nexon release this? To make more MTS-transfers? I doubt.

Of course NX-users have the advantage over any other non-nx user. It's obvious, as that's what Nexon earns money on.
