What i can do:
My 4 atk belt has 2 slots left, but since I'm not about to chaos this thing (no monies), I might 100% dex it so +2 dex; aran ring is +3 dex = +5 to the total = 111 dex.
I'm out 9 as of now. I have a 6str/6dex overall i could 100% too, but that only nets me + 4dex more, so 115. I still need +5 more dex.
Current equips with dex on it
4/4dex PAC
12dex overall
4 dex shoes (not scrolled)
15 dex zhelm
10 dex earrings
4th job medal
5 dex MoN
That's about it. Again cheap alternatives would be the best since i can't afford much (No NX either). Thanks in advance
Getting a 3/8 or higher PaC and getting a dex scarlion helm would be the end of your dex worries.
As far as getting it with only 30m...good luck with that.
