Imgur likes to rape the quality of your images, which I only found out after using it for a while when I saw JPG artifacts all over an image that was completely clean. So, while Imgur is faster than imageshack, it can mess with your image. Not good for when you want to post something with nice quality.
Imageshack is slow as hell, and sometimes messed up when uploading your stuff.
Tinypic is good as long as your image isn't too big. I forgot what their cutoff on image size is before they shrink it, but it's worth a shot.
