Also something worth noting that I mentioned in another thread is that Cooling Effect doesn't actually require Freeze Capsules to be used. It can use just regular bullets instead, but the damage will be about half of what it would be with the capsules. It still freezes though. I found it pretty weird.. xD

O.o Well that's good then, you don't have to worry about running out of Ice Capsules.
