I know! I tmight not be as vivid as I see it when I type it but I'll try my best.
Ok the gunner-melee class will be like the following:
They use a Laser gun=> the gun can either shoot little beams ( - - -) or create a straight laser line that'll become it sword (-----). The beams will be weaker than the line but 3x faster. When the line is created the gunner changes into a warrior, using the higly consintrated beams to slash through monsters at will.
So if you're training and you're beam training, then suddenly a monster pops up infront of you- instead of whacking it or running back to get room, you just create a laser line and slash right through it. Since the line is stronger, you can get rid of the monster quickly before your previous monster comes towards you!
