well the Cape appears to add 6 Zakum arms... so unless your hiding 2 arms up your ass.... its 8 >.>
and why not? they made an attack shield JUST for shadowers, why not for other classes which clearly use their weapon in 1 hand (and yes i understand that would mean a NL shield too F3)
