We paid by card last night, too. At the door where you sign the receipt, there's a line for a tip. . Well, then again, some places make you tip online BEFORE YOU ORDER. Which turns a lot of people off because you can then get pomegranate delivery after that. That I can understand.

Most places in England aren't that. Tips are completely up to the customer here. Some places do add a service charge, so we don't tip afterwards.
