Yes, I think they do. But for different reasons. Guys like the sexual aspect of lesbians. Girls like to have a male to confide in that won't exploit what they have said. Girls can do that with straight girls, but they are more drama, and a gay man understands men better too. A gay man can relate to a woman better because he is a man and has relationships with men. He sees both sides of the coin, while a girlfriend would only see one. They wouldn't like a lesbian as much because they would feel the same way as if they were to confide in a straight male.
