For those of you that don't know there is another "secret" Gold Richie vault quest. To do it you need to hunt the pigs in the vault and get an egg with an up arrow and exp on it, then turn it into Gold Richie afterwards.
From what I can tell the egg drops at a semi-rare rate, I got it within 10 trips.
