So, I checked Spadow's Blog and apparently the Hafling boss is riding the Dragon, just cloaked before. Seems even more mysterious, which makes me question the story behind the PQ. Agh, the power of Tespia. 
And based on the death animation of the Dragon Rider, does the fight in the sky come down to the ground? (or a platform, dunno.) Not exactly sure of all the new maps, so I don't know how's it gonna work or even where.
