When they stated that leeching is not against the rules unless there is a passing of real life currency for the services, they condoned leeching. However, seeing as how fickle Nexon was with the E-wands, they very well could put their foot in their mouth later and say they changed their mind. (As you mentioned, this exp formula change very well be that foot.)

I really don't intend to argue with you. I'll disagree with someone if I think I am right, but I'm not going to sit here and get into some circle jerk with you over a topic in a video game.
