No pinning, and with all that flying around rush isn't as usefull. Really epic strategies can be used.

As far as I know, Aufheben's area is a low-gravity environment.
Comparisons between the two movement types from what I can tell so far:
Low-Gravity: Moves up and down a lot slower, slowly sink downwards when using attacks.
Flight: Movement is quite fast, and using an attack pins you during the entire attack animation. A badly timed attack with slow animation could very well mean death.
Also, Aufheben appears to be rushable - and I'm not sure if anyone in the video is trying to rush the dragon.
On another note, Ghost Lettering appears to work on this boss, at least.
