I'm somewhat losing my mind on the dead levels of 2x. I'm just ~95% away from getting Star in the Sky and some level 25 gear upgrades that I found, and I've been doing nothing but Drake's Nest whenever I log on because Vestibule of Darkness drained my potions dry. ~5% a run feels blah when I still Maple and have other games to occupy my free time that feels more productive than potion farming.
Currently I have about 60-70 HP potions and about 50-60 MP potions, and since I leveled to 24 King's Run at Drake's Nest now yield me ~16-18k EXP per run instead of 20-25k. Bah. At least I learned enough about my Exorcist that I can solo it without using more than 1-3 potions per run that I pick up. Lurking Dragon is seriously a godsend in soloing the boss relatively quickly.
-Charge Giant Weapon Launcher, hit, back off, use Phoenix Hammer when trapped in the cage, repeat until dead.
WTB an alternative source of potion farming other than non-stop Drake's Nest. My only saving grace is getting one more Zircon for one of the quests and the fact I can't stand the idea of buying potions from other people or even from game NPCs; way too expensive.
Yes I know I'm taking my sweet time playing DFO. I see it more as a game to play out of sheer boredom rather than having priority like Maple.
