Different damage reflects do different things. Lilynouch's damage reflect doesn't hit up to 20k, though. Pics or it didn't happen.
Damage reflect should probably be handled the same way Balrog's DR is handled. PB is doable in theory, but there's so little room for error without massive HP washing. Getting 30 people to be able to play like that consistently for 15+ minutes is pretty much impossible.
