This post on Nexon's website announces that 100% GM Scrolls were reintroduced into the gachapon on 111109 and will remain in the gachapon until the 120909. However, it's been over a week since this gachapon event has begun, and I, or anyone else, have yet to see any gachapon-smega notifying that someone obtained one of these 100% GM scrolls.

The original poster made a claim that Nexon lied about there being no 100% scrolls available from gachapon from Nov. 11 to Dec. 9. Evidence points to the fact that the poster came to this conclusion inconclusively, even though he meant well.

Whether the gachapon is only allegedly spitting out defense scrolls or the frequency of the scrolls from gachapon is irrelevant to what the original poster's issue was, which was that no 100% GM scrolls were coming from gachapon during the said time period, and Nexon lied as a result.

By all means of the language, Nexon lived up to their part of the bargain. Whether or not you or I agree with the nature of the language is a different story.
