Sounds like the people that had reactions were allergic to what the vaccine was made out of. Which is their own fault for even trying to get one. H1N1 vaccine is made the same way the seasonal flu vaccine is made. If you're allergic to one you're allergic to the other.
You can't get sick from the vaccine. They aren't putting anything in your body that would make you get sick.
